Kristene has had a world of experience. A wealth of knowledge across many fields & industries, around the world. Kris has a solid understanding & can see various points of view, with empathy & understanding. Living in London as a Nanny at 18 forced Kris to be an independent thinker, cooking, cleaning, caring for 3 boys for over a year was an awakening from home / school to work-life out of Australia. Backpacked across Europe, surviving frugally means Kris understands the value of a dollar & how to stretch that as far as possible.

 

In the Nanny world for around 20 years has made Kris a very organized person. Then a total role change working in admin for a busy manufacturing business for over 5 years. This opened her eyes to learning how a large business runs, money going in & out, how to prioritise work, how the floor runs, staff changes, different personalities, lease negotiations, moving 2 factories into one large premises, logistics on the new venture & more.

 

Kris runs a successful baking business from home. She sees the big picture on how a small operation works within Council approval, heath & hygiene standards, regulations + procedures, individual negotiations with clients.

 

Being married to a real estate agent running his own business allows Kris to have a helicopter view on the macro & micro of the commercial real estate industry from many angles. Living with a real estate agent means she is surrounded by real estate conversations constantly. They have their own 3 school aged boys, lives local & is the voice of reason.
